Yes, you read that correctly -- Mary Magdalene, the disciple, companion, and true successor of Jesus, journeyed from Jerusalem to Alexandria, where she cast ashore in a boat with no oars or sails, and landed in Southern France, in the ancient lands of the Goddess -- and spent the rest of her life in a high mountain cave, where her bones still rest.
What evidence is there? Quite a lot, actually! The non-canonical gospels of Mary Magdalene, Thomas, Phillip, and the Pistis Sophia. The ancient holy places of the Divine Feminine where she stayed. Two thousand years of oral tradition. And most of all, her ancient relics resting high amidst the mountains of Southern France.
In this live and recorded fireside chat, I'll be sharing the stories and photographs of my own pilgrimage to Magdalene's holy sites, legends from the ancient oral tradition, and teachings from her gospel.
